At Pecora Farm, you taste lamb at its absolute peak. Our Shibetsu Suffolk is exceptionally fresh because it comes directly from our own farm. No middle steps, no compromises. Just clean, rich flavor that changes how you think about lamb.
One of the best ways to enjoy it is Jingisukan, Hokkaido’s iconic lamb barbecue. Thinly sliced lamb is grilled on a dome-shaped iron pan, allowing the meat juices to flow down and flavor the vegetables cooked alongside it. Simple, social, and deeply satisfying, it is a local tradition built around good meat and good company.
